Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to 8 sets of prize draws under the campaign ‘Super at 60’(each a “Prize Draw”, and collectively the "Prize Draws"). These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating or by accepting the prize you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 

1. The Promoter: N2O Limited, 7 Foundation Park, Roxborough Way, Maidenhead SL6 3UD.
   
2. Eligibility: Entry to the Prize Draw is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the prize promotion including the Promoter’s employees, employees of Superdrug, Unilever UK Limited, the Promoter’s agencies and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or ‘step’ family).
3. Promotional Period: The Prize Draws set out in these Terms and Conditions will begin at 00:00 on 22nd May 2024 and will end at 23:59 on 30th December 2024. There will be a total of 8 Prize Draws taking place over different periods as set out below, each being a “Promotional Period”:
   
   
   1. Prize Draw 1 Period: Entry to Prize Draw 1 opens at 00:00 on 22nd May 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 18th June 2024.
   2. Prize Draw 2 Period: Entry to Prize Draw 2 opens at 00:00 on 19th June 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 16th July 2024.
   3. Prize Draw 3 Period: Entry to Prize Draw 3 opens at 00:00 on 17th July 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 13th August 2024.
   4. Prize Draw 4 Period: Entry to Prize Draw 4 opens at 00:00 on 14th August 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 10th September 2024.
   5. Prize Draw 5 Period: Entry to Prize Draw 5 opens at 00:00 on 11th September 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 8th October 2024.
   6. Prize Draw 6 Period: Entry to Prize Draw 6 opens at 00:00 on 9th October 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 5th November 2024.
   7. Prize Draw 7 Period: Entry to Prize Draw 7 opens at 00:00 on 6th November 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 3rd December 2024.
   8. Prize Draw 8 Period: Entry to Prize Draw 8 opens at 00:00 on 4th December 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 30th December 2024.
4. Email address & internet access required for entry. Mobile phone able to scan a QR code (if entering via the QR code). Participants are reminded to get the owner's permission before using a device and/or internet access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Prize Draw. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Prize Draw.
5. The entry instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6. Entry Instructions:
   1. Valid purchase of a SUPER AT 60 YEARS Qualifying Product (see clause 7 for a list of Qualifying Products) is necessary during a Promotional Period.
   2. You must then:
      1. scan the QR code available in Superdrug stores or visit https://www.superdrug.com/unilever-60th-birthday/c/unilever-60th-birthday; and
      2. Upload your proof of purchase (date of purchase and name of Qualifying Product purchased must be visible) and provide your full name, email address, and phone number.
         
         
   3. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person per Prize Draw. A new and valid proof of purchase of a Qualifying Product during a Promotional Period is required for each Prize Draw. For the avoidance of doubt, only one entry per person per Prize Draw will be accepted, and a person can use only one name, address, email address phone number and proof of purchase to enter per Prize Draw. 
   4. Any entrant using multiple email addresses, multiple postal addresses, phone numbers or multiple names or sharing proof of purchase to access the Prize Draw will be disqualified and any prize will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant has already submitted an entry (or won a prize) and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize claims.
   5. No third party or bulk entries. Do not enter on behalf of another person. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter that any entrant or the entrant’s household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, using identities other than their own, using any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries, sharing or falsifying receipts or otherwise acting dishonestly, fraudulently or otherwise in violation of these terms, such entrant will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
   6. Proof of purchase of a Qualifying Product on its own will not be accepted as proof of entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
7. Qualifying Products

   A qualifying product is any product with the SUPER AT 60 YEARS logo (any size) from the list below (each a “Qualifying Product”):

8. Prizes: The Promoter reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. The prize must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part. The prize is not transferable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The Prize of each Prize Draw is as set out below.
   
   
   1. Prize Draw 1: There will be one winner only. Theprize for Prize Draw 1 is two tickets for the winner plus their guest (18+) to attend the Superdrug 60th Birthday Party on 27th June 2024 between 6:30pm-11pm at a venue in London, EC3V 4AB.
      Exact location of the venue will be disclosed to the winner separately. Prize includes catered hot food and drink. Prize excludes costs of travel, accommodation, spending money and other expenses.
   2. Prize Draw 2: There will be 10 x winners. The prize for Prize Draw 2 is an Ultimate Skincare bundle.    3. Prize Draw 3: There will be one winner only. The prize for Prize Draw 3 is a 15,000ft Ultimate Tandem Skydive experience for the winner which will be provided as a Virgin Experience voucher. Voucher valid for 12 months from the date the prize is successfully claimed by the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to check they comply with the age and health restrictions that may be applicable before participating in Prize Draw 3. If the winner has been diagnosed with hypertension, diagnosed with cardiovascular disease, or with an irregular heartbeat, they must consult with their doctor before participating.    5. Prize Draw 5: There will be one winner only. Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date the prize is successfully claimed by the winner.    7. Prize Draw 7: There will be one winner only. The prize for Prize Draw 7 is 1x Gift Card from LIFE:STYLE (winner’s choice of either e-gift card or physical gift card) to the value of £150, valid for 12 months from the date the prize is successfully claimed by the winner. Use of the gift card shall be governed by the LIFE:STYLE standard terms and conditions at https://www.lifestylegiftcards.co.uk/terms.
      
      
   8. Prize Draw 8: There will be one winner only. The prize for Prize Draw 8 is 1x £150 Gift Card from LIFE:STYLE (winner’s choice of either e-gift card or physical gift card), valid for 12 months from the date the prize is successfully claimed by the winner. Use of the gift card shall be governed by the LIFE:STYLE standard terms and conditions at https://www.lifestylegiftcards.co.uk/terms.
      
      
9. Winner Selection: Winners will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received within each Promotional Period with respect to each Prize Draw. Each draw will take place within 7 working days from the end of the relevant Promotional Period.
10. Winner Notification:
    
    
    1. Each winner will be contacted via email, phone and text the Promoter within 7 working days of the end of the relevant Promotional Period for the respective Prize Draw. 
    2. The winner of Prize Draw 1 will have 2 days only to accept their prize. If the winner does not respond within 1 day of initial notification, they will be contacted again by email, phone and text and given a further 1 day to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the Prize is not claimed, within 2 days of the initial notification date, the Prize will be redrawn and awarded to a new winner.
    3. All other Prize Draw winners each will have 14 days to accept their respective Prize. If a winner does not respond within the 7 days of initial notification, they will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the prize is not claimed, within 14 days of the initial prize notification date, the prize will be redrawn and awarded to a new winner.
    4. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct and up-to-date details when entering the Prize Draw and/or confirming acceptance of any prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants or winners failing to supply accurate information which affects any acceptance and/or delivery of any prize.
       
       
    5. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
       
       
    6. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to claim or take their prize.
    7. Prizes will be sent within 28 working days of the date the relevant prize is successfully claimed by the respective winner.
    8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any winner, and also ask for proof of identity and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
11. General:
    
    
    1.  Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
       
       
    2.  The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Prize Draw. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
    3.  Entry into the Prize Draw is at the entrant's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw and/or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Prize Draw save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter's liability resulting from its negligence or fraud. The Promoter will award the prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, but the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for the winner’s use of the prize.
    4.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notification or prizing. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies.
    5.  The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Prize Draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.
    6.  The surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests this by emailing Rubens.Pereira@n2o.co.uk within 1 month of the end of the relevant Promotional Period for the respective Prize Draw. Entrants may request their surname and county is not published in the event they win by emailing Rubens.Pereira@n2o.co.uk before the end of the relevant Promotional Period for the respective Prize Draw. However, the Promoter shall provide the surname and county of the winner to competent authorities upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
    7.  Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Prize Draw and the prizes won as part of the Prize Draw. The Promoter will not use a winner’s personal data for publicity purposes without the winner’s consent.
    8.  This Prize Draw is run by the Promoter. Participants acknowledge and accept Superdrug will not have any liability to the participants and the participants and winners fully release Superdrug from any liability in connection with the Prize Draw. 
    9. The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
    10.  Entrants’ personal data submitted in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed by the Promoter and their agents for administering the Prize Draw only.
